I am a canadian permanent res. Have an opportunity to work with a group from Indiana State Univ. doing some research in Lake Placid. Since there isn't time enough for the school to process J1, they sent me a letter saying I am invited for volunteer research work, which is true. Will I qualify for B2 visa?
