Vistor's visa with out property documents

Help required!
I want to bring my mother to USA from India.She doesn't have any property
documents on her name.My sister and my mother parents and her brothers and sisters live in India.Is she is going to get visa with out any property documents on her name.Please let me know ur opinons.

As long as you have enough money to sponsor her, it is fine.
