Vistor Visa and EAD question.

1. My Uncle and Aunt got Visitor visa for 10 years, They got stamped in Sept 2004. In DS 156 they put that they will visit US in FEB 2005. In what time period they should make first visit to USA. Is there any law that they have to visit USA with in 6months of Visa stamping. Will there be any issues, If they delayed their visit. Please let us know.

2. HOw much time early we can apply for EAD AND AP, before expiration. Like 6Months before or even before than that.

Q1. There is really no time limit as such.

Q2. For EAD and AP it usually good to apply 4 or 5 months before expiration. I think sometimes the EAD validity overlaps (wasting time for you) and other times it is right after the old EAD expires. For AP, I think the validity always overlaps. (not sure though)
