I am 26, married IT professional currently living in
Mumbai, India. I am having valid stamped H1-B visa,
issued by Center For International Business Inc, a
company based in Maryland, US.
I have not travelled to US yet. The company says that
they cannot currently provide employment to me. My
H1-B visa is expiring on 31st Oct 2003.
I have my relatives staying in US. Can i come to US
and search for job. If i can, on what visa can i come
and what are the procedures for that.
Also, i want to take my wife to US. Please guide me
regarding the above issue since i am not aware of US
laws.
