Hi..
My husband just sent visa app. papers for his mom. Now my sister has got work permit to UK..would like to sponsor her visit to US too
1) Since both me and my husband are GC holders and both working, wondering if she has more chance of getting a US visiting visa if she was sponsored by my husband or me..or should we just invite her as a friend?
2) If my husband sponsors my sister, (my husband does have two copies of org birth certificate)..so Mother in law and sister can apply seperately for visiting visa with my husband as a sponsor, will they both be rejected because of having the same sponsor? its the same consulate..
3) is there any way my sister can get US visiting visa from UK? If yes, that would solve a lot of issues..
4) my sister has 14 days left to travel to UK..is there any chance she will also get her US visitor visa processing done in the meantime? (mumbai consulate)
If anyone can answer any one or all the above queries will be very grateful.
