My wife is expecting and we want to get our in-laws for help with
delivery. My in-laws are in chennai, India. But we are still waiting for our GC. Is it worth applying the visitor's visa with EAD. Anyone faced
the situation?
So I would really like to know if anybody has any personal experience of being granted or rejected visa applied through EAD.
Also i hve a question like how long it takes for them to get the visa sponsered once they get into the action. Becos i need them
here only by the end of 'Feb 2003'.
One more issue here is they are not above the age of 60's.
They are only around 53 years. Is that cause any problem?
Please clear my doubts and help me........
