Hi,
Sorry abt. the long post, but I have a very tricky situation.
I'm applying for b2 visa for my father & mother inlaw (FIL/MIL) (pregnancy situation). Only issue is they want to try to bring their son (BIL) along since he is very sickly (he is 22 yrs. old). They will leave him with relatives only if BIL's visa gets rejected.
We're thinking that getting visas for MIL& FIL will not be a problem. But my BIL may be a problem since he is young. My worry is that the consulate may reject my FIL/MIL's visas along with my BIL's application (even though the appointment dates for the mother/father inlaw is a few days apart from the date for my brother in law)
Also, I-134 (question 3) asks to list name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join the person. (SHould I list my 22 yr. old BIL's name in it, since he is applying separately and has a different appointment dat from MIL/FIL)
Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Vikrant
