hello,
My parents went for the interview and it got rejected because they asked for pay stubs and tax return of mine which i had not provided cos i didnt see any requirement of that.
Here are my questions
1)do i have to take an appointment all over again?or can we use the drop box cos my parents are above 55 years old.
2)i am planning to send last two months pay stub,last years tax return document and W2 form.hope this will serve the purpose.please advice.
would really appreciate if someone can help.
