Visitors Visa Re-entry.

Folks,

My mom have 10 years multiple visitor's visa. She came to US in 08/2002 got I-94 for 6 months and I extended her stay by one more 6 months(got approval) and left US in July 2003. Now she is againing visiting US next month.
My questions are:
1) What are the documents does she needs to carry?
2) What are the documents that I need to send?
3) Any other precautions?

No special docs needed. Best thing to do is stay in USA for 6 months go home for 6 months.
