Visitor's Visa for my parents

My parents recently visited me on a 10-year visitor's visa sponsored by my husband. I do not work. We both have green cards.

They have returned back to India after 6-month stay.

When can they come back again? I'm having problems with my husband. Is there anyway he can prevent them from coming back? I'm afraid he will write to the US Consulate in India or the INS here to stop them from coming back.

Even if he does that, can I sponsor them? I don't have a job yet.

Your parents can spend no more than 6 months per year in the USA. Don't worry about your husband, he can not do anything to stop the entry of a bonfide traveller.
