I am marrying a local american in a few months time. I was just wondering if a wedding invitation along with property documents will help my parents get their visa?

Please advise..........

For a visitors visa the following is required:

1) documented and genuine reasons to visit US,
2) Status of family members in US (if applicable),
3) Documented sources of income and sources for cost of travel, medical insurance, etc.,
4) Documented proof that the person will return to their country ( job, property, family ties, etc.)

If you can provide these there is a good chance of getting a visa.

letter from fiance

yes, they have the following documents that includes:

letter from employer
wedding invitation
intent of travel
return airtickets

my fiance works in the army as a lawyer. will a letter from him help

my dads visa was rejected twice many years back in the middle east

they are now going to try for their visa again from the middle east

advice....

a letter from him inviting them personally as it would be an important day for thier daughter and they should be there should also help
Otherwise the IIO at the local consulates /embassies are pretty much thier own bosses.
So good luck and all the best for a happy married life.

will personal letter help

Should the personal letter inviting them state:

that we want them to come because its their daughters wedding. Besides thier presence is required because the performance have to be here in person to perform the kanyadan etc....

will this really help them. does the embassy even look at these documents?

thanks....
