hi everybody here is my problem
i have 10 yrs visitor visa multiple entries i went there in june 2002 they gave me a 6 mounths to stay before it ends i applied for an extension they send me a notice that ur request is on process i waited so long always calling and checking online they say you're ok just wait for the extension till may 2004 (2 yrs) when i got it it was approved but i had to live because it is written valid form ... till something 2003 and i received it in may 2004 (it is written there) i dont understand this
how can i use it in 2003 and i received till 2004 anyway i left after getting the plane ticket in july 2004.
anyway when i left i didnt give them the i 94 i didnt know i have to give it to them
now i attend to go there for couple of mounths my brother called them they said it's ok but he ll go through a second inspection but im afraid they wont let me in do they believe me if i tell them i didnt know i had to give the i 94 ?!!? i have the proof that i got the extension after 2 yrs
