MY BROTHER CAME TO USA TWO OR THREE TIMES, FIRST HE CAME ON VISIT VISA IN 1974, AND ALL OTHER TIMES HE CAME WITH VISIT VISA. LAST TIME HE WENT TO COUNTRY ( PAKISTAN ) IN 1989. IS THERE ANYWAY HE CAN APPLY FOR A VISIT VISA AND GET, HE HAS SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. THANKS.
