Visitor Visa - working on EAD waiting for 485 approval

1>I have completed 6 years on my H1B
2>Currently working with the sponsoring company on EAD.
3>Need to sponsor my parents to come and visitn me in the US.
4>I do not have a current H1-B visa how do I go about sponsoring them.
