Visitor visa without any property docs

My parents in India don't own any properties in India or do they have good bank balances. Is there a way that they can come here with the documents I send them and without producing any of the property docs. Please let me know.

Basically the consulate would like to see some strong ties that would force the visitors to come back to India. Immovable property is one among them and is not the only one. If they can establish that they have other children or some family reasons which would prevent them from staying back in US, that might help the case.

If not the property, they should have some means of support in India, like
a current job or pension etc. They should carry such documents.
