My L1 is going to expire on middle of May and I applied for extenstion . But it will take 3 to 4 months to receive the actual approval notice. I am planning to sponsor visitor visa with the receipt notice(which comes within 2 to 3 weeks of filing). Is it a good idea to do like this or will the visa get rejected because of this. Did anyone ever sponsored visitor visa with receipt notice. Any input is highly appreciated.
