My mother-in-law (Indian citizen) and has a multiple-entry visitor visa to US valid upto 2010. She also has a multiple-entry visitor visa to Canada valid till around 2008. She came to Canada in July 2003 to her another daughter. and then came to USA in Aug to visit us. she was with us here for about six months and went back to Canada just before her I-94 expired in Feb 2004. so she has been in Canada for the past couple of months. now she wants to visit us back in USA. would there be a problem for her entering USA? would she need to go back to India (her country of residence) before she can enter USA? thanks in advance.
