My in-laws got their visitor visa stamped a couple of years back. Their visa will expire in the month of Oct' 2006. Thisit USey are planning to vA in the month of August.
Got a couple of questions:
1) Will there be any issues at the immigration as they haven't used the VISA issued in the last couple of years
2) Whats the max length they can stay in USA? Do they need to return before the visa expires or does the port of entry stamp can be given for more than that length?
