Visitor Visa Valid after expiry date?

Hello all the gurus, Please help...
If someone has 5 year multiple entry visitor visa which expires in March 2005 and that persons enters in US in Feburary 2005 then I have couple of questions.

1) Would that person get I-94 till march 2005 at the port of entry?
2) If he gets an I-94 beyond the expiry date on the visa lets say till May then can this person stay till May 2005?
