visitor visa & tourist visa are they different????

Please clarify - Is visitor visa and tourist visa are not the same?

Are they different ? If so, how? Please update.

They are the same.

If they grant me a tourist visa then can i assume that it is same as business visa (i.e. B1/B2.)
