Visitor Visa to Canada from India-Delhi

Can someone suggest how to apply for Canadian Tourist Visa from India-Delhi. I heard there is a VFS service. Should I go through VFS or can I send the application package through mail. OR do I have to go personally to submit and attend the interview for visitor visa. Please suggest. Thank you in advance.
