Hi,

My Parents Visa got rejected, I think the reason was that my younger brother had also applied with my parents.

1)They are applying for the 2nd time. Now my brother is not applying. Will their Visa denial first time effect their chances of getting visa 2nd time?

2)If their Visa gets rejected 2nd time.. What should be the next step?

Your advises and suggestions are very much needed..

Thank you.

From which consulate did they applied????

How old is your brother.........is he working or studying.......

wht questiosn were they asked..........

They applied from Bombay.

My brother is 21 years old. He has given his final year exams.

They asked my father about his job.
How much salary he is getting.
They asked about about my brother, his age, what he is doing..

Then said sorry for ..the Visa...

The rejection has nothing to do with your brother.

One cannot do much about the Visitors visa as it is totally dependent on the thoughts of visa officer.

I'm also eager to get an answer on what next. Does any one have an idea what to do in this situation and how we can make our case more stronger before applying the next time if it is rejected the 1st time?
