Visitor Visa Rejected on 214-B

HI,

My aunt's vistor visa was rejected on 214-B. Which means there isn't sufficient documentation to prove economic/social ties within the country. What additional documention can I provide for it to get through the next time ?? Is it worth trying another time ??

Any one has any ideas about this?
 
Hello Sri302!

Maybe your Aunt can tell the Consul about the real purpose of the trip, show them her bank account (after 3 mos), does she have any properties? she can also show them that. Of course she can still apply again for another interview... but make sure that she will bring additional documents and her bank account has additonal money on it... hope this will help...
 
She did take the back account & property documents with her, but the officer did not look at the documents that she took. They only took the ones that I sent from here.
