My parents visa got rejected on June 9th, at Chennai. My I485 is pending and i am working on EAD with a new employer resigning the GC sponsor's employer.The Consular officer at Chennai says my documents i sent for my parents are fake documents. Was this the cause for the consulate to make such a shocking statement. On the line 1 of I134 there is no option for H1B or I485 Pending approvals. A friend of mine says its wrong and that has caused the consulate to say that. I should not have mentioned anything on my status as there is no option over there.
Or was the problem on not filing AC21, where in my I485 and their records show previous employer and not my present employer.
I would appreciate if attorneys or immigrant law guru's help me.
