Visitor Visa rejected at Chennai under 214(b)

She was given 214 (b). Please let me know if any one is in the same boat.
I am a green card holder. I have submitted all the required documents bank statements every thing.
my father expired last year.

No clue....any suggestions? any other documents I should include for the nect time
