Visitor Visa Rejected 2 times.

Hi Guys, i just wanted to apply visitor visa for my folks for the third time. It has been already rejected becuase my father's sister had filed an immigrant visa on his behalf. Now the immigrant petition(lawfully permanent resident) has been cancelled they have no reason to immigrate to USA.

What are the chances of my parents getting visitor visa? They have an appointment in june. I have all the paperwork lined up along with proof of petition cancellation.

Well ... the thing that's working against them is the fact that they've expressed immigrant intent.

Its upto them to convince the officer the reasons why they wanted to immigrate initially and what has changed since that made them cancel that petition -- it will be a little difficult to be honest.

I've seen many cases of rejection with no real reason ...
