Visitor Visa question

Hi All,

My parents got their visa stamp almost 3 years back. My father visited two times in last 3 years, but my mother couldn't come here because my brother's education. Now my mother will be coming for the first time here. So my question is, will this be an issue since she is using the visa after 3 years?

as long as visa is still valid no issues

Correct. Visitor Visas should be good for 10 years. Keep in mind that a Visa does not guarantee that she will be allowed to enter the US though.
