Hi..
I have found many documents on the internet for the visitor (B2) visa but I am not sure which of them is accurate and up to date. I want to sponsor my parents visit to the US. What documents do I need to provide? Can some one provide me with this info or direct me to a comprehensive web site.

Thanks ,

This site has lots of good info. It's directed towards Indian citizens but most of it applies to anyone.

This is good too:

The odds of getting a visitor's visa depends on what country a person is from, and on the individual judgement of the consular official interviewing them. It depends on what country a person is from because some countries have higher rates of people never returning from trips to the US on visitor's visas. People in those countries receive much closer scrutiny before they are granted a visitor's visa. What the consular official wants to see is lots of documentation showing that the person has such "close ties" to their home country that they are individually highly likely to return from the visit.
