my parents got the visitor visa of US for 10 years by sponsership through uncle(he sent papers). Every time they plan to come to USA. some thing or the other happens and their trip gets delayed and it is now 3 years, they did not come, not even once. Now my uncle will be moving to canada for permanent.
My questions.
1. What will happen to my parents visitor visa, since it was sponsered by uncle. Can they visit me after my uncle moved out to canada.
2. Is there any timming restriction, that after stamping they need to make first trip with in 6 months or year.
3. Are my parents visa still valid.
4. Will they have any issues in travel.
