Hi Friends,

We( myself and wife) both are on H1B visas and plan to invite in-laws on my wife's H1B and my mother on my H1B visa.

We are planning to schedule interview for my in-laws and my mother.
When we are looking for interview dates for ENLISH( for in-laws) they are available in early 2007 but for TELUGU(for my mother) the interview slots are not available.

We'll choose ENGLISH as the language for interview and make my father-in-law as the primary applicant. Then add other 2 applicants( mother and mother-in-law) under the same slot.Since family members live in Hyderabad and they plan to travel together to Chennai together for the interview on the same slot. Most of the questions my father-in-law can answer in ENGLISH. They together can provide all the paperwork/supporting documents needed for visitor visa.

Questions?
Is it mandatory that the other 2 applicants ( mother and mother-in-law) must speak ENGLISH during the interview process?
Is it better if 3 applicants go for interview together or separately?
Is it better to send the sponsor documents together or separately?

Appreciate any feedback or experience in such cases.

Thx,
N

it is fine for ur father-in-law to act as interpretor.

if appointment is together then send documents together
