Visitor Visa: Guidance needed

I am on EAD (RD 7/10,still waiting). I am planning to bring my parents here for couple of months. What is the procedure/Documents to be sent? Also they don\'t speak english. How to avoid any confusion at POE?
Do they have to appear in person at Consulate to get the visa? Thanks.

I sent copy of EAD cards and all other regular documents. That worked. Good luck.

This is what I sent

(i) Letter from your employer which states designation and salary
  (ii)Affidavit of letter of support. Can be downloaded from internet
  (iii)A letter from the bank showing average balance last year - Banks understand the format if you tell them "immigration letter".
  (iv) Invitation letter from you to your parents.
  (v) Recent pay-stubs
  (vi) Recent bank statements
  (vii) Important pages of your passport - including the visa page
  (viii)I also sent last 2 tax returns.
  (ix) Some documents to show that they have some ties back home , such as house ownership documents.
