Visitor Visa Frequent Visit Question !!

I have question and confusion..

1) THe case is my mother-in-law is having 10 year multiple entry visa and she came here twice and six months of stay - I94 --
First visit - Feb '04 to July '04
Second visit - May'05 to current(I94 Expires on Nov'05)

Since my wife is expecting and her dates are Feb'06.

My question is can my in-law come again in Feb'06. Will be there be any problem @ POE since there is not too much gap between the visits. Will they scrutinize @ POE for very early entry again ???, is there any rule of gap btn visits ??

Please can any body suggest , what could be the complications ??

quick suggestion - why don't she leave in couple of months advance and then come back again after 4 - 5 months of gap?

Yes, we are actually planning for next month so she can get 4-5 months gap, but still will there any problem at POE because its 3 times in 2 years. If they ask any questions will there be any inquiry , One of my collegues mother was sent back from the airport itself because hers was fourth visit in 2 years and they sent my collegue $3,000 bill.

Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

I dont know about 3rd visit, but my Mother in-law came 2nd time with 2 months gap.

She had 1 year multiple entry B2 visa. She stayed here between July,04-Jan,05 for 6 month. We had to invite her again and she came on March 05 (2 months from last visit) and she got 6 months again. POE didn't ask many questions and gave 6 month.

But I am not planning to do that again. I wanted to wait at least a year before applying the Visa again.
