I have a green card since 2003. I am planning on getting married sometime early next year and my Fiancee is in India. She has no Us visa nor has ever come to the US. I understand that since I'm not a citizen I cannot apply for a spouse visa for her because its a long waiting period. Since she has never had a US visa can the V visa category apply to her case as spouse of permanent resident?
I was wondering if I can sponsor her for a tourist visa and she could come here for some amount of time(whatever is stamped at port of entry) until I get my citizenship when I can sponsor her visa.
As a spouse if I sponsor her B2 and she discloses that she is going to meet her husband in US for whatever time is allowed and then come back and do this until I get my citizenship will it cause problems in her B2 visa because she is disclosing an intent to immigrate in the long run but not currently?
