My husband is currently on H1 and he is sending necessary documents for visitor visa for my sister's son (11 yrs old). He wants to come here next summer with my parents (parents have 10 yr visa). I was wondering if my mother could take him to consulate as she has visa or should my sister take him (she does not have visa). What are the chances of he getting a visa and anyone please help me by showing right direction.
