Visitor visa for sister??

Is there any special requirement of documents / any restrictions for getting a visitor visa for sister?

I am trying to apply a visitor visa for my sister. The concern here is she was here before on H4 already and went back to India. Now wants to come back for a short period on visitor visa.

So will there be any problem in getting tourist visa now?

Please help.

Regardless of previous visits, your sister must meet all the requirements of a visitor visa. She should also demonstrate to the satisfaction of a consular offical that she has valid reasons to return to her country once her visit is completed.

well depends on the consular officer.

She will have to demonstrate that she genuinely needs a visitor visa and is not trying to enter US if she could not obtain visa in another category.
