visitor visa for sister??

Hi,

I am trying to apply a visitor visa for my sister. The concern here is she was here before on H4 already and went back to India. Now wants to come back for a short period on visitor visa.

So will there be any problem in getting tourist visa now?

Getting a visitor visa for someone young (less than 50 yrs) will be very tough. She has to convince that she won't be a potential immigrant. Find details about getting a Tourist Visa instead of a Visitor Visa. It might work.

why don't you please post your question under B1 visa thread? You may get good replies.
