How can I help them to get the visitor permit when I am on TN here and 140 pending?

Is there anyway to get the parents here in USA on visitor status?
What kind of form do I have to fill up? Do they still have to goto the consulate in ISB?

Have anyone done that in the past?

Your TN status and I-140 does not prevent your parents from visiting you.
Ask them to fill up the visa form and go to the consulate in their home country (apply for the visitor's visa). You might want to send them the I-134 form (affidavit of support).

The normal visitor visa forms.

Do they still have to goto the consulate in ISB?

YES (If they are not the citizens of VW countries/Canada)

Have anyone done that in the past?

They tried 2 years ago, and got rejected.

They do have multiple entry visas for UK, but for US it was rejected. I was thinking if there is any kind of sponsorship that I can do for them while living here.

The question was to process/approve the visit visa from US
