One of my good friend has been staying in US illegally and hasn't seen his parents for 18 years. His parents are 75 years old and want to come to US on visitor visa to see him. They are concerned if they apply for visitor visa then USCIS will get hold of their son and deport them. My question are
1. What are their chances of getting visitor visa?
2. Would their visa application impact their son's status in USA? Will he get deported?
