My parents got the visitor visa ( B1/B2) for 10 yrs when I was employed with my earlier company. I had sent all my sponsor docs based on earlier employment.
After the visa was issued , few days later , I have changed my job and my new company has applied for my H1 transfer. It will take 2-3 months till I get my new I-797 approval notice for new company.
I have following question
1. Can my parents visit USA with the visa ( B1/B2) issued to them even though my H1 transfer is still pending with USCIS ? If YES , do i need to send any docs for my job change or employment verification letter etc.
If NO , then does this mean that I need to wait till my transfer case is approved?
