Visitor Visa for my mother rejected.

She was given 214 (b). Please let me know if any one is in the same boat.
I am a green card holder. I have submitted all the required documents bank statements every thing.

No clue....any suggestions?

My mother was denied two times within 20 days with no reason.

These guys are a bunch of jokers sitting there to eat up our hard earn money.

Nothing is possible ... I lost hope...
