Visitor VISA for my mom

Gurus,

I mom have tourist visa appt @ chennai counsulate . Here is my question . we are 3 brothers and all of us are in USA .One is on F1 , other one on L1 and I am on GC . Is it oky if she say , I have 3 sons and all of them are in USA. My father is not appearing for the VISA . Is it good to take his passport copy to so them no intent to stay in USA . pls advice

Tell her to answer truthfully to whatever asked. Do not tell them 1 more detail than what asked. If asked "she is going to meet you". And if asked about your brothers, tell her to answer honestly

Good Idea to take his passport and 1 copy. Also gather all the details needed to prove her intent to return e.g. property documents in her name, bank account in her name any other assets.

In the application form there is a question asking for the list of immediate family members. Ur mom needs to list all your names. Answer the truth and nothing but the truth.
