Visitor visa for my aunt

hello all

My aunt(dad's sister) is appearing for her visitor visa interview on dec 1st in chennai.

My brothers family are sponsoring here and they are in AOS.
My brother's in laws have their visitor visas for 10 yrs.
My aunt is childless and she has properties on her name in india.

What would be the possible questions she may face at the visa interview and what could she answer for her visit to US??
How well is her scope of gettin her visa??
