Visitor Visa for father.
I got 7th year H1 ext valid till OCT 2004. Also EAD, AP is approved. 1485 is pending. I wanted to call my father for vist about 2 months in FEB 04. my father is retired and 62 years old.
1. If just send H1 EXT, affidivat, letter from employer, bank statement, letter of invitation, W2 of 2003, pay stub. are these documents ok.
2. should also i send 145 recieipt along with 1. docs.
3. Showing 1485 will it be a problem in my fathers visa stamp.
4. How much H1 should be valid for father to get stamped.
Please give ur inputs.
