I have L1-B visa which got expired.My I-94 is valid till October 2006
I would like to visit Canada (Niagara falls) for a short trip of 3 days.I have no intention to apply or renew my VISA in Canada and my visit to candy is purely for tourism and I have no plan to visit anywhere other than Canada.
I would like to know
1.Whether I will get Visitor Visa to Canada?.(will they reject since i have expired visa)
2. whether I can return to US with my valid I-94 (valid till oct-2006) alone using Automatic Visa Revalidation Rule.I have read thru this forum and feel still this rule is in effect.PLS LET ME KNOW IF ANY OF YOU KNOW THIS RULE WILL NOT APPLY TO ME FOR ANY REASON.
I really don't want to take any risk in border crossing.I plan to go back to my native country and by next month for good and want to visit canada before i go back.
