Visitor visa for 72-year old

Friends,

I am planning to invite my mother, who's 72-year old and have limited hearing capabilities. Is there any special arrangements at Chennai consulate to help her. She doesn't speak english and will get a regional language appointment. Can someone accompany her to the interview?
