Filing fee is $195 irrespective of the # of people on a single application. So it will be $195 for either 1 parent or both parents. Hope this is clear. It is clearly mentioned in the I-539 instructions.CloseToGod said:I need to file an extension for both of my parents. I believe I'll need to file Form I-539. My question is - the filing fee would be $195.00, or 2 X $195.00 = $390.00? Please let me know.
Thanks.
