My mother is with us in US, for five months now, I am planning to get extension for 6 more months, What are the steps in need to take,

Hi

You need to contact an Immigration Attorney immediately who will be able to solve the issue. But one important thing that you need to remember is that once your mothert is back in her home country and decides to visit you again in the US, She will have a tough time at the consulates. She needs to take proper guidance from Immigration lawyers in her home country. (this will apply only if your mom does not have a multiple visit to visit the US)
