I tried for Visitor visa for my mother initially to bring her for my delivery. But unfortunately it got rejected twice in Chennai . Third time tried for both of my parents, thru travel agents,atlast they could get the visa in April'2005. But I had to face the whole of delivery by myself.
Now I have brought only my mother to help me since I have planned to go back to work. Unfortunately, in POE , my mother is given only 3 months of stay.
So, Can you please suggest the means to extend her stay.I have seen many postings in this site extending 6 months stay. I want to extend this 3 months stay. I heard that overstaying may void her 10 year Multiple entry visa. I dont want to jeopardize that. So, attorney , please let me know how you can help.

1. Since my mothe has previous rejections before the actual visa, is it wise to apply for the extension
2. what is the probabilty of getting successful extension?
3. Is it possible to try thru Attroneys?
4. Or shall i take her to Canada and reenter
5. Or Should I send her back to India.

Hey Saravi-

can you let us know what you finally did. I am also in a similar situation and wanted to find out if you were able to get a new I-94 with fresh 6 months of stay by travelling to Canada by road?

Would greatly appreciate if you could please share your experience
