Visitor visa extension and Family based greencard

My mother is here from January 2020.So her I 94 expired in June. Due to Covid, I applied for I 94 extension, received the receipt number but not the extension. I would like to check if it is ok for applying 130 and 485 whe the I94 extension is pending?

Yes. She is in the Immediate Relative category and she does not need to be in status to do Adjustment of Status.
