Hi All,
I would like to call my in-laws for visiting and I took appointment for April 04 2005.
I have question regarding documents.
My H1B notice exprired and applied for renuwal and currently pending at USCIS. Now I have only reciept notice from USCIS. I applied for my I485 and got the EAD and AP and reciept notice.
1. Question is that what are documents should I send?
2.I485 reciept and EAD/AP copies are enough to prove the legal status?
